Amy, the founder and director of Mint Wellbeing, is a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist with over 7 years' experience working in the NHS and private sector. She gained her BSc in Physiotherapy in 2009 from the University of Southampton. After working as a Junior and Senior Physiotherapist for a number of years she returned to University in 2013 to complete an MSc in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at King's College London, passing with Distinction. Following this she gained a team leader position at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust before leaving to set up her own Private Practice, Mint Wellbeing, in August 2016.

She has worked at some of London's leading hospitals including the prestigious Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH – Stanmore) and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (St Mary's and Charing Cross Hospitals). She has extensive knowledge in the management of complex musculoskeletal problems, sports injuries, shoulder rehabilitation including recurrent shoulder instability, elective and trauma orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation, pain management and developing rehabilitation regimes for people with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

In her spare time Amy competes in Marathons, Ultra Marathons (including the Jungle Ultra Marathon) and Triathlons. She also enjoys tennis, skiing and sailing.
