Mr Aylwin offers a comprehensive service for non-bony trauma, including but not exclusive to:

• Penetrating and blunt chest trauma, including management of pneumothorax (air) and haemothorax (blood in chest)
• Cardiac injuries
• Penetrating and blunt abdominal injuries
• Vascular injuries to neck, torso, or limbs, including blunt aortic injury

He also offers a comprehensive elective vascular service:

• Peripheral vascular disease
• With radiology colleagues he offers endovascular revascularisation – angioplasty and stenting
• Limb bypass procedures
• Carotid disease – carotid endarterectomy
• Aortic disease
• Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR)
• Thoracic endovascular aneurysm repair (TEVAR)
• Open abdominal aortic aneurysm repair
• Superficial venous disease
• Endovenous ablation - radiofrequency ablation, laser ablation, mechanochemical ablation, sclerotherapy
• Open superficial venous surgery

Mr Aylwin has clinics and admitting rights at the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital, and the Lister Hospital, Chelsea.
