Lower Limb Fractures

In his work at the North West London Major Trauma Centre Mr Ian Sinha regularly treats a spectrum of lower limb fractures- ranging from total hip replacements, dynamic hip screws and intramedullary nails for hip fractures, intramedullary nails for femoral and tibial shaft fractures, plate fixation (open and minimally invasive surgical techniques) of tibial plateau and tibial pilon fractures, internal fixation of ankle, calcaneal, mid-foot and forefoot fractures and circular frame fixation. As an integral member of the Imperial Limb reconstruction Unit he also performs limb salvage surgery for severe open lower limb fractures, infected fractures and joint replacements, fracture deformity and cases of non-union of fractures.
